Acne Vulgaris - What Occurs when Breakouts Appear?
To understand how to defeat acne, you need to know what triggers the appearance of breakouts. We know that acne is an inflammatory ailment, but let’s find out how our system responds when a pimple is about to surface on our complexion.
Pimples 101
Sebum is oil that our system naturally produces to provide lubrication to our skin. When sebum does not flow, it gets ’stuck’ along with dead cells within hair follicles. Propionibacteria acnes, found in our pores, can increase inside clogged follicles. P. acnes alter the chemical equilibrium of sebum, causing an inflammatory response which in hand causes immoderate reactions of our immune system.
An inflammation happens when our body attempts to get rid of bacteria and estranged substances from our system. When we are affected by zits, our system signals our immune system that infection is occurring. Toxic elements from the white blood cells enter the blood stream to eliminate estrange elements. These toxic elements increase the blood flow. An increased blood flow will end in redness, swelling and a feverish sensation.
Phagocytes are the first immune elements that arrive to the infected area equipped with lysosome that enable the phagocytes to ‘eat’ bacteria, pathogens, debris and dead skin cells.
Another chemical our system creates, encouraged by inflammatory reactions is Hydrogen peroxide. This chemical works by completely banishing all traces of bacteria. It is very effective, but the skin can be left with visible acne scars, a result of our natural curative process.
Acne & Scars - Tackle the Ailment!
An easy acne remedy would be to keep pores unclogged, stabilize immune reactions of the system and keep bacteria away. Is this possible?
The solution has arrived in the form of a topical preparation designed from Mother Nature’s expertise. This topical preparation is made with the secretion of snails which posses the ability to cure its skin and shell when damaged. Snail and human skin are similar and share many skin components. A balm form including this secretion is therefore incredibly beneficial to our skin.
The snail; Helix Aspersa Muller is loaded with antioxidants, immune modulators, antimicrobial peptides, enzymes, cell-communicating molecules and anti-inflammatory components that act in concert to shield, fix, and rejuvenate cells and tissues.
An individual that is affected by acne blemishes can get rid of all forms of acne blemishes in addition to preventing scarring when applying a topical preparation that contains this amazing ingredient.
The primary cause of an acne disorder is the immoderate inflammatory reactions that our system signals when we are affected by the slightest infection. Phagocytes are the first elements sent by the system to destroy pathogens, dead skin cells and debris, followed by Hydrogen peroxide; an effective but consequential chemical that gets rid of bacteria. Helix Aspersa Muller in topical products has amazing properties to effectively heal acne and inhibit scarring.
BIOSKINCLEAR is a potent acne treatment that contains all biological elements to effectively get rid of zits and avoid scarring.

How To Lose Weight: Basic Assumptions
There is so much information about obesity and weight loss, we get overwhelmed and confused. Each specialist advocates his or her own version of how to lose weight and if we are to blindly follow all the weight loss help, we are sure to get even more discouraged at the lack of progress. Before embarking on any diet or exercise program, let us clear the cobwebs and get to know the basics.
The basic or underlying logic for any program’s success can be summarized as controlling our input and output. Input of calories from food varies and depends on our menu. Red meat, butter, ice cream, soft drinks give us more calories than fruits, vegetables, fish and water. To reduce the intake of calories, we can take more fish and less of red meat, more fruits in place of ice cream and water instead of soft drinks. Let us garner all the weight loss help we can, including low fat recipes and nutrition supplements.
However why should we reduce our calorie intake? It is to avoid adding fat to our already obese bodies. An input of 3500 calories gives us a pound of fat for our body to carry around. The extra weight also puts a strain on our internal organs, including hearts. That is the reason for more overweight people getting heart attacks compared with lean and trim types.
And at this point, we see the rationale behind all of these programs on dieting and how to lose weight. All of them are different paths to the some hoped-for outcome. Any program, however, is only a guide. In the end, you have to make it work; talk to your doctor to ensure that the program that you choose is right for you.
Let’s now see the other side of the issue. Controlling, or rather increasing our output of calories. Ideally, we should expend all calories we ingest else, the surplus calories are stored as fat by our body. As we are already overweight, we should expend more calories than we take in, so that fat is converted back as glucose by our body to meet the request.
Here again, let us check with our physician before we start on any plan. Ways to make exercise fun are many, including exercise bikes, inversion tables and multi-gyms for homes. Just as there are several diet programs to control our intake, there is equal number of exercise programs to increase the outgo of calories.
Results will be better if we take up programs for both intake as well as outgo, to increase the chances of our success. Yeah, now we see the best answer to the question of how to lose weight. Come hell or high water, we now only need to stick to them till we achieve what we aimed for. Let us wish each other good luck!
This article explains the basics ofweight loss help. It is essential to understand that weight loss is a simple process that requires expending more calories than we take in. This article suggests that we simply take in better fuel for our bodies with fewer calories by using low fat recipes, fruits, vegetables, water, and fish and that we expend the calories we take in through exercise. Of course, it does points out the importance of consulting a physician in this task. Over all, hopefully this article clears up the mystery of how to lose weight.

Forget About Dieting So You Start Losing Fat
Virtually everyone who wants to lose weight will start going on a diet at some point. However, most dieters are not able to permanently keep weight off. This is because it is often difficult or impossible to stick to a diet and stay on track with a weight loss program. Fortunately, there are many options for people trying to lose weight.
Unlike a diet, hypnotism for weight loss will help motivate you to naturally have a healthier diet and get more physical activity. Here, I will discuss some of the weight loss plans you may have heard of, the keys to losing weight, and how you can achieve weight loss through hypnotherapy.
The high numbers of Internet searches for dieting advice and online diet plans indicate just how many individuals want to lose weight. Some popular weight loss plans are:
The Atkins diet, which is a popular low carbohydrate diet, is based on the limited consumption of “refined carbohydrate” foods such as white bread and sugar. By limiting carbohydrate consumption, this diet is supposed to make the body go from burning carbohydrates for energy to burning fat (the state of ketosis).
The Ornish diet is an extremely low fat, vegetarian diet, is a totally vegetarian eating plan, and when followed correctly, a mere 10% of total calorie intake will be from fat. The Ornish diet also encourages stress-management and exercise, and has been used successfully to help reverse heart disease in many individuals.
The Suddenly Slim diet program involves taking diet pills and meal replacement shakes with the goal of increasing the body’s metabolism to use up more calories. The products contain many ingredients typically found in diet pills. The Suddenly Slim program is supposed to work without increasing exercise or making other significant lifestyle changes, although exercise and better eating habits will increase results.
The Zone diet balances carbohydrate, protein, and fat intake, with 30% of calories coming from fat, 40% from carbohydrates, and 30% from protein. Much like the Atkins diet, this diet is frequently categorized as “low carb.” The Zone diet pays close attention to calorie intake and physical fitness levels to deliver results.
The Cabbage soup diet can be found in numerous free online diet plans and is largely seen as a fad diet. It consists of eating only low calorie cabbage soup for one week. Following this plan may lead to a few pounds of weight loss, but when you resume regular eating habits, the weight will come back. Furthermore, staying on this unbalanced free diet plan for longer than a week may lead to poor nutrition and poor health.
There are countless diet programs all promising fast results, but what many of these popular diet programs claim is not what they actually offer. They are based on meal plans that are irregular, unsustainable over a long-term period, or downright unhealthy. In fact, permanent weight loss is rarely achieved through a short, one-time diet session.
Successful dieters know that the keys to weight loss are not in fad diets or even expensive diet plans, but in portion control, selecting healthy, satisfying foods, and exercising regularly. This sounds easy enough, but it can be difficult to stay motivated to maintain healthy habits and undo a lifetime of bad dietary habits.
We often lack the motivation to stay physically active and eat right. Hypnosis can be used to change our bad habits and lack of motivation. Hypnotherapy weight loss programs work by utilizing the power of your unconscious mind to motivate you to exercise and improve your physical health.
Even the best weight loss plans won’t work if they aren’t followed through. Research indicates that most diets fail because dieters simply cannot stick to them. After years of eating oversized portions, many of us compulsively overeat and our appetites are out of control. This is where hypnotherapy for weight loss is especially effective. Hypnotherapy weight loss programs are highly successful in helping to control food cravings and control the appetite.
For many of us, another component to weight loss is stress management. Many of us are emotional eaters. We eat in response to our emotions, such as when we are sad or bored. This emotional attachment to food can make it easy to pack on pounds. We can use weight loss hypnotherapy to develop better strategies for managing our stress and stop associating food with our feelings.
Hypnosis techniques can be self-taught using a good self-hypnosis program. There are weight loss hypnosis CDs specifically developed to promote weight loss through hypnosis. With simple techniques from hypnotherapy CDs, you can stop struggling to lose weight and become naturally motivated to shed pounds.

Overcoming Perinatal And Postpartum Feelings Of Depression
Everyone experiences moments of sadness. For most people, these occasions persist for a few hours or days. Nearly one-fifth of the world’s population, however, experience major depression, in which these moods last several days, weeks, or months. These feelings trigger the development of problems performance in career, family, or interpersonal relationships, which can become severe.
Women who experience symptoms of depression when they become pregnant are sometimes treated for perinatal depression. This problem can develop at any point after pregnancy begins, or any time thereafter, until the baby is a year old. Usually, however, those who develop this problem after the child is born are diagnosed with postpartum depression.
Perinatal depression or postpartum depression may be caused by a number of factors. These factors may be physiological. For example, mothers with a previous or family history of clinical depression or mental illness are more susceptible to developing perinatal depression or postpartum depression. Furthermore, alterations in hormone levels after childbirth, such as decreases in estrogen and progesterone levels, can result in this illness. Postpartum thyroid malfunctions may result in symptoms of depression such as tiredness, negative moods, and hopelessness.
At times, mental depression is caused by psychological issues. Women often feel tired and overwhelmed in learning to cope with the needs of the new family member. Such issues are often strengthened by the absence of support from family, friends, or spouse. Money issues can also contribute to the development of postpartum depression.
Perinatal depression and postpartum depression can have grave results for both the woman and her infant. Worry and depression can prevent a woman from connecting fully with her child or being capable of meeting her child’s physiological and psychological needs. This can increase the mother’s feelings of worthlessness, self-blame, and low self-worth.
The baby is also affected by the woman’s condition. An inability to bond with his or her mom can result in the child to develop trust issues in personal attachments throughout life. Further, infants who do not have their physiological or psychological needs met typically do not grow and develop normally. This condition, described as “failure to thrive,” can be very serious or even deadly to the baby.
Perinatal depression or postpartum depression can harm the entire family. The spouse or significant other may feel neglected or powerless to decrease these depression symptoms. This may severely damage the relationship. Other kids in the family often experience related emotions, and develop school-related or peer difficulties as well.
Depression affects the entire family. Therefore, mothers who have perinatal depression or postpartum depression need to get depression treatment as quickly as possible. Numerous treatments can be used, including counseling and medication therapy. Medicines, however, may be dangerous for nursing infants, and sometimes yield unpredictable outcomes because of the great hormone variations a woman experiences during these tumultuous months. Moreover, typical counseling approaches can be time-consuming and expensive.
Two therapies for dealing with depression that do not use medicines and can rapidly show dramatically beneficial outcomes are hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, or NLP. Traditional Hypnotherapy is most effective for persons who are easily hypnotized or can accept suggestions without feeling a need to critique or understand them. Ericksonian hypnosis is very useful for clients who tend to overanalyze. These strategies aid clients to relax and get rid of stress.
For persons who tend to be more critical or analytical individuals, NLP is typically more beneficial. Through this technique, trained professionals offer clients depression help by teaching them to reprogram their thought processes. This strategy can, quite literally, aid a client think past the depressive condition and conquer it.
Individuals can conquer depression by mastering NLP tools such as anchoring. They are coached to remember occasions when they were happy and controlled their circumstances. Remembering the memory renews these emotions. Individuals are coached to touch two fingers together while experiencing these emotions. The subconscious mind relates the touch of the two fingers with the emotions. Thus, the finger touch becomes an “anchor.”
Then, when the person starts to feel overwhelmed, he or she activates the anchor by touching these identical two fingers together again. This brings back emotions of self-control and generates empowerment.
By using another method known as the Flash, clients learn to reason away negative emotions. They program their subconscious minds to instantly exchange positive thoughts for negative ones. When negative thoughts arise, the mind instantly substitutes them for positive thoughts. After learning this technique, clients find it almost impossible to conjure up negative thoughts!
Summary: Perinatal depression and postpartum depression can have harmful effects for a woman and her new child. The rest of the family is also deeply affected because of these conditions. Because of the potential gravity of the results of this illness, new mothers with depression need to get treatment as soon as symptoms begin. Two very beneficial approaches that do not use medicine or huge investments of time and financial resources are hypnotherapy and NLP.

Mediterranean Diet Menu - Simple And Effective
If you may find yourself keen to experiment the Mediterranean diet plan, then you may be informed of the Mediterranean diet menu. The mediterranean diet menu is really the only basis to the diet plan. Mainly, the Mediterranean diet menu consists only of food that is usually eaten in the Mediterranean area, such as in Greece and the southern regions of Italy.
A Mediterranean diet is characterised by a lot of different foods, including breads, fish, cereals, vegetables, fruits and a lot of olive oil. These foods are usually eaten in this areas, so they are an example of contemporary Mediterranean diet plan market. So, there is not only one exemplary diet plan: it is just a type of food that can take part in a diet and add a meaning to that diet plan.
One thing that makes the diet plan stick out above the rest is the fact that the diets are typically very high in fat. This will actually tend to scare a lot of people that have been brought up to think that fat is bad. Fat is actually essential to our daily intake and this is why it is a member of the food groups that are on the food pyramid.
Why is this diet healthy? It naturally contains more monounsaturated and other fats that are good for our bodies. Also it cuts down on the amount of saturated fats, the kind it’s best to minimize in the diet due to their negative effects. Saturated fats usually come from animal fats and are not healthy as a regular part of your diet, especially not in large quantities. Plant fats are monounsaturated and are much healthier for the body.
Olive oil is a healthy oil, high in good fats and low in bad fats. Making olive oil the oil for cooking most of the time can have a big impact on diet and health. It is an excellent choice for fat intake in the diet. The olives are also high in antioxidants and are helpful in lowering cholesterol. Including olive oil helps to make this a well-rounded diet.
Another part of this diet that makes it incedibly healthy is that it consists of red wine, which is extremely high in antioxidants and thus greatly contributes to the healthiness of the diet. Actually the majority of European diets contain red wine as a staple of the diet, but it is also found in most Mediterranean diets and thus is also included largely in the Mediterranean diet plan. Coupling the healthiness of the red wine with the already healthy food makes this diet an excellent one for anyone to try.
When following a Mediterranean diet plan one’s choices must come from the Mediterranean diet menu. There is not one single diet that encompasses all of the types and styles of Mediterranean eating. Foods that are typical of a Mediterranean style diet are breads, cereals, fish and fruits, and lots of olive oil. Though this diet is generally high in fat, it is high in fats that are good for the body in proper amounts. There is also the additional aspect of red wine, which is common to Mediterranean diets, which is high in antioxidants, thus making the choice of a Mediterrean diet overall quite healthy for anyone.

Fish Oil As Brain Food
Grandma was one smart lady. She knew fish was brain food and she didn’t need a science degree to figure it out.
It seems like everyday, there’s good news about what omega 3 fish oil can do for your brain. Research has shown that fish oil brain benefits begin in the womb and continue straight through life - preventing Alzheimer’s and dementia in the elderly.
Omega 3 fatty acids constitute about 70% of a baby’s developing brain and the only source of these vitally important nutrients for the baby is from their mother’s nutrition. That’s why the National Institutes of Health (NIH) suggests that all pregnant and nursing mothers take 1200 mg of omega 3 on a daily basis.
Recent studies, however, showed the average omega 3 intake of pregnant and nursing mothers was only 18% of what’s recommended. And, only 3% of the women surveyed were getting the omega 3 they needed in their diet.
If the fetus isn’t getting the DHA and EPA it needs for the optimum development of its brain, it takes what it needs from the mother’s brain. That’s why so many pregnant women lose up to 3% of their own brain mass. This significant loss, according to many researchers, may be the primary cause of post-partum depression complications. To lessen the risks, many mothers choose to take an omega 3 supplement during pregnancy.
The odds are very high that the rest of the children in the family are also experiencing dietary deficiencies of DHA and EPA fatty acids. Many experts believe this is the cause of the behavior problems, temper outbursts and learning difficulties usually associated with ADD and ADHD.
A team of British scientists, however, reported recently getting incredible results with a group of children with ADD, ADHD and dyslexia. After putting the children a fish oil supplementation program for just six months, the children’s spelling score was six months higher and their reading skills were a year higher than their peers.
Eating fatty fish such as wild salmon and taking a daily omega 3 DHA and EPA supplement is not only good for children. It’s also a good idea for adults.
Dietary deficiencies of omega 3 DHA and EPA have been linked to a higher incidence of migraine headaches, depression and bipolar disorder. Eating more fish or taking fish oil supplements, on the other hand, has been found to provide good quality, natural relief for these conditions.
Five million Americans now suffer from Alzheimer’s disease and the number will greatly increase as the baby boomer generation begins to age over the next twenty years. But fish oil can be a big help. Research shows that people who eat the most fish and have the highest DHA fatty acid levels reduce their risk of Alzheimer’s by 39% and dementia by 47%.
Stroke or “brain attack” can also be prevented by eating more fish. The Harvard Medical School studied over 43,000 men over a 12 year period and discovered that the men who ate fish only once a month reduced their risk of ischemic (blood clot) stroke by 44%. A daily aspirin, however, reduced stroke risk by just 21%.
By the way, apparently what’s good for your brain is also good for your heart. Eating fish at least two or three times a week lowers blood pressure and triglycerides and prevents irregular heart beats.
Fish oil omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA also reduce the risk of sudden cardiac death, the number one killer in the U.S., by 45% or nearly half. That’s pretty good, don’t you think? Even the American Heart Association recommends that all healthy people eat fish twice a week or more.
So listen to Grandma and follow her advice. The omega 3 benefits are worth it. All you need to do is eat more fish or take your fish oil capsules every day. It’s good for your brain and it’s good for your heart.

Omega 3 Pain Relief For Arthritis Sufferers
Are you aware that omega 3 fish oil may be the best thing you can take for rheumatoid arthritis pain relief? Fish oil’s not only very effective, it’s also very safe.
The best selling arthritis pain relievers are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as Motrin, Nuprin, Advil and Aleve. But they are not the safest. NSAIDs cause severe gastrointestinal complications for many people, particularly seniors and are linked to more than 100,000 hospital stays and 16,500 deaths in just the U.S. each year. (New England Journal of Medicine 1999; 340 (24): 1888-99)
But that’s only half the story, because NSAIDs are now being linked to cardiovascular disease. Many experts believe Vioxx, for example, was responsible for tens of thousands of fatal heart attacks.
If that’s the case, then NSAIDs should be the last choice arthritis sufferers take for pain relief. The two million Americans with arthritis, according to the Mayo Clinic, already have twice the risk of heart failure and sudden cardiac death. They certainly don’t need NSAIDs increasing their risk any more.
But the good news is omega 3 fish oil offers both effective pain relief for arthritis patients and protection against heart disease.
Did you know that fish oil is so effective at providing relief for morning stiffness and reducing the number of painful joints that in numerous studies many arthritis patients significantly reduced or totally gave up their use of NSAID pain medications.
For example, in one recent long term fish oil study, reported in the Journal of Rheumatology (October 2006), seventy five percent of participants who took fish oil supplements were able to stop taking NSAIDs for pain relief. But what makes this particular study important is the fact the fish oil participants were also able to lower their total triglyceride levels, raise their HDL cholesterol levels and significantly improve their total cholesterol/HDL ratios.
The authors of the study concluded that “Anti-inflammatory doses of fish oil should be considered in patients with RA as a means of reducing CV risk.”
In another study, a review of 75 human clinical trials of fish oil, published in the Journal of the American Board of Family Practice (18: 28-36), Dr. Robert Oh, the lead researcher, concluded that “Fish saves lives, and physicians must recognize this potential life-saving treatment choice in patients with cardiovascular disease and rheumatoid arthritis.”
As far as Dr. Oh is concerned, all physicians should recommend their patients follow American Heart Association guidelines that say all Americans should eat fatty fish two or three times each week or take fish oil supplements that provide a combined total of between 650 and 1,000 mgs of omega 3 fatty acids DHA (docosahenaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid).
And don’t be concerned about fish toxicity. Research done by Drs. Dariush Moxaffarian and Erik Rimm of the Harvard University School of Public Health showed fish benefits are 300 to 500 times greater than any threat of risk. They said despite the negative press mercury in fish was just “background noise.” (Journal of the American Medical Association 2006, Vol. 296: 1885-99)
If you want to take good care of both your heart and your joints, eating fatty fish on a regular basis is the best thing you can do. For even better arthritis pain relief and heart disease prevention, eat fish and take a good quality omega 3 fish oil supplement on a daily basis. That way you can be sure you’re getting what you need to feel your best.

Weight Reduction Miracle - Hypnotherapy CDs Plus The Ornish Diet
The Ornish Diet is an extremely low fat, all-vegetarian diet program. Correct application of the eating plan, exercise, and stress-management techniques of this diet plan results in weight loss and vastly improved health for most people. Although this program requires more dedication than many other diet plans, and often requires big lifestyle changes for the dieter, research indicates that it is effective for both losing weight and helping to reverse heart disease. With its focus on managing stress and healthy food choices, this diet is also an ideal candidate for combined use with weight loss hypnosis.
The Ornish diet is available in two slightly different types, a Preventative diet and a Reversal diet. The Preventative diet is perfect for people who want to shed pounds and lower their risk for heart disease. It is also good for people trying to lower their cholesterol levels. The Reversal diet is designed for people already suffering from heart disease who wish to reverse the symptoms of the disease and lower their risk of having heart attacks.
Both types of the Ornish program recommend a nutritional approach that is made up of 10% fat, 20% protein, and 70% complex carbohydrates. Under the diet, all meat, fish, and poultry are to be avoided. All fats, seeds, oils, and nuts are also not allowed. Refined carbohydrate foods such as white flour and sugar are also banned, but whole grain pasta and bread, beans, and legumes are permitted.
Foods allowed in restricted amounts include egg whites and nonfat dairy products such as fat-free yogurt, milk, and cheese. Most convenience foods are banned, since any processed foods with more than two grams of fat per serving are not allowed.
The diet lets you to eat vegetables, fruit, beans, and whole grains at every meal until you feel full. The good thing about this diet program is that since you are permitted to eat as much as you want of allowed foods, you can feel full and satisfied all the time. This diet program, unlike some others, is not based around unhealthy “starvation” methods.
Combined with the eating plan, another essential component of the Ornish diet is stress-management. There are a wide range of stress-relieving techniques you can use, such as yoga, meditation, and hypnosis. Practicing hypnosis is ideal for reducing anxiety and tension while promoting natural weight loss. Hypnotherapy works by guiding your unconscious mind to having positive thoughts instead of negative ones when you start to get stressed. These techniques are very effective in promoting relaxation.
While the Ornish diet plan is healthy and effective for most people, it can be hard to follow because it has many restrictions. This diet and others similar to it often fail because people cannot stick to them. Many people struggle with dieting because they suffer from an uncontrollable appetite, irresistible food cravings, compulsive overeating, or a lack of motivation to stick to a weight loss program. These obstacles keep many hard-working dieters from maintaining their diet and achieving permanent weight loss. Hypnosis therapy helps you beat these obstacles, and is an effective complement to the Ornish diet approach because it offers motivation to stay on a weight loss program.
Hypnosis works to control the appetite by “reprogramming” the unconscious mind to eliminate and replace bad habits with good ones. Years of unhealthy eating habits such as “emotional eating” can cause people to eat compulsively, even when they are not truly hungry. Hypnotherapy breaks unhealthy associations with food and our feelings to end this conditioned response and end emotional eating. Hypnotherapy can further influence dieting success by replacing the overeating response with another activity, such as exercise. This way, instead of feeling urges to overeat, you will have the motivation to exercise for your health.
Hypnotherapy can also be used to quell the emotional anxieties that keep you from losing weight. For many people, being overweight provides a “secondary gain” in the form of a feeling of safety or emotional protection. For example, many people with low self-esteem fear rejection, so they use their extra weight as a reason to believe that others will dislike them. Through hypnosis, we can think positively and focus on having better health instead of feeling overcome by such anxieties. We can use hypnosis therapy to boost our self-esteem, to clearly see our self-worth and commit to our personal health.
Hypnosis offers a strong, natural combination of stress-management, motivation, and behavior regulation to encourage weight loss and help you follow your preferred diet program. Using hypnosis with the Ornish diet plan is particularly effective, but hypnotherapy is perfect for helping people stay on any weight loss program. Hypnotherapy promotes the success of diet programs along with natural weight loss so people can enjoy permanent results.

Hyaluronic Acid Benefits
Hyaluronic acid is a component of the glycoconjugates and it is also added pure and concentrated to the composition of the skin care solutions. It is a glycosaminoglycan present in the intracellular matrix of skin (between skin cells) where it has a defensive, structure stabilizing and shock-absorbing role.
Hyaluronic Acid is naturally found in the joints, the lower layers of skin, the umbilical cord and in foetal skin.
Medical grade Hyaluronic Acid is currently employed to reduce the formation of post-operative adhesions, as a viscoelastic element in intra-ocular interventions, also as a synovial replacement fluid; and is used to promote the healing and regeneration of post-surgery scars.
The unique characteristics of Hyaluronic Acid make it the ideal moisturizer. Hyaluronic Acid plays a crucial role in tissue hydration, lubrication and cellular function, and is able to hold more water than any other natural substance. Its unmatched hydrating abilities result in elevated smoothness, softening and reduced wrinkles.
Hyaluronic Acid has also produced excellent results in the reduction of dryness, itching and burning of the skin. It offers an optimal environment for the growth of new cells and healing after skin peeling.
Hyaluronic Acid is an important component of the extra-cellular matrix that surrounds quickly dividing cells. It has been demonstrated to be an integral component in the rapid and perfect wound healing achieved in foetal and neonatal tissues. In addition to this, the cellular actions precipitated by Hyaluronic Acid are integral to the seemingly miraculous biochemistry of fetal development.
It is well documented that foetal tissues contain important quantities of Hyaluronic Acid and that decreasing Hyaluronic Acid content correlates with aging and wrinkling. Therefore any practical efforts to prolong and recapture youth by revitalizing flawed tissue must include this molecule.
Within the Skin
About 15 percent of your body weight is attributed to the skin! About half of all the Hyaluronic Acid (HA) found in the body is in the skin. Young people have a lot more HA in their skin than older people and therefore have fewer wrinkles. As we age, we don’t synthesize this element as much as younger people do so it is specially important to youthful looking skin to supply the skin with Hyaluronic Acid.
Today is well known that Hyaluronic Acid is just as important (if not more important) than Collagen. Collagen keeps the skin robust but HA keeps the Collagen healthy. Think of Collagen as a rubber band that can stretch much longer - about a million times longer than its natural length. Keep doing that and pretty soon that rubber band will get out of shape and won’t stretch anymore. This is what happens to the Collagen in your skin if it is not nourished. Think of that rubber band being stretched in a balm of oil so that its capability to revert back to its size is boosted. Then make that comparison to Hyaluronic Acid in the skin so that the Collagen is constantly bathed in this beneficial gel like substance - Hyaluronic Acid. Your skin can be young and smooth and elastic if it has high concentrations of Hyaluronic Acid.
