How The Zone Diet Works

The Zone diet is a weight loss plan that pays close attention to food intake and physical activity to achieve results. The majority of foods eaten on the Zone diet program include lean cuts of meat, such as chicken or fish and other sources of protein, lots of fruits and vegetables, and a small amount of carbs. Breads, cereals, potatoes, sugar, and rice are the types of carb rich foods that dieters are to avoid eating, but can enjoy occasionally. Dieters must also stop eating pre-packaged foods and high sodium foods.

If the person contends that he or she has no recollection of having self-confidence, they is assisted to construct a fantasy in which they do see themselves being confident, and then anchor that perception of confidence.

When the client has anchored the emotions of confidence, in those situations that necessitate self-confidence, touching the fingers together triggers memories of confidence for use in the present situation.

A very useful NLP too called the “Flash” may be utilized to immediately exchange stressful emotions, which are typically related to a lack of self-confidence. Because of this method, the person diverts the mental images that create negative emotions, to trigger mental pictures to generate a good emotion.

For example, the person directs the subconscious to employ the visual pictures that are triggering emotions of uncertainty, as triggers for visual pictures that cause feelings of confidence. Our mental images trigger our emotions.
